Nonsense Service, cancel rain!

I made my manual immediate payment to Rain on the 25th of February at 9 am, my service was cut off at 14:51 on the 26th of February I inquired via email, chatbox and call and they informed me that my payment hasn't been received yet although it was an immediate payment. Services were only restored on the 28th of February just to wake up today with no service again, called and every agent just keeps quiet on their end and I speak alone... Very rude, some say hello and then disconnect the line. I am canceling my subscription from Rain, their service is ****!!!!
