Nonsense service

Totally unacceptable service from a company that claims to be the best they have *********** customer service consultants who take customers as a joke ...I won't not recommend them to anyone at all ...my order is over 2 weeks still no delivery I called to find out and I was asked to confirm date and cell number which I did and only to be told that the logistic department will be notified ****ty service I tell you so quick to take our money but very relaxed to sorting queries
