Nonsense service

I have been trying to cancel my Rain order since the 11th of June 2024 with no success. I made several calls and sent multiple messages to their support team with them just saying one of their cancellation consultant will give me a call. How long does it really take to get an order cancelled? One of the consultants I spoke to was so rude when I asked her how long it would take for the Mir cancellation department to call me, she couldn’t give me an ETA and said to just wait for their call. All I’m asking for is for them to cancel the order and give me my refund, is that too much to ask for?
