Nonsense service

This is absurd !

The amount you bill per month is never constant but is constantly changing. I’m meant to be charged R250 cause I opted not to take the additional gig limit cause I don’t need it. Next thing I’m being charged for that gig.

The past few months you have been charging me amounts of R250-269 but never R300 , yet this time you decided to do that. Appalling if you ask me.

More to that, I paid but my sim isn’t active.
