Nonsense network

Rain network you need to sort out your communication skills with your customers really. It's 3 things it's either your agents are not doing their job or the are not trained well. Plus your network it's forever giving us issues even when the is no loadshedding like why. If only I had Fibre in my area I won't be going this nonsense

It's been more than 4days now rebooting restarting still the is no network connection. How long does it take for the tower to be fixed? I tried calling your call center still no one answers our calls. You can be on hold for over 45minutes. Request a call back and Noone calls back your whatsapp number is automated

It has lost network again 😑 😒 and now when I want to set it up, it says my router is off like really now? Are we gonna go on like this
