I stopped using it I think for a year or so, Dec 2022 I got a text from rain telling me they are going to debit 1K, I took it lightly, but on pay day they debited it

I called them and got the response that they can see on the system that I have not been using the service and it will escalate and will be refunded, did not receive a call back from them had to keep calling, until that lady told me they can't reverse it

Went to the branch for it to be reversed was it was an online debit, it does not show under debit orders.

Rain I give you 72hrs to send my money back into my account or else I will take this further.
