I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. The billing has been a nightmare

Absolutely disappointed with this company. First of all, the billing is outrageous. I was shocked to see how high the charges were, especially considering the value (or lack thereof) of the service provided.

Let me be clear — this is a subscription, not a contract. That distinction matters because they make it incredibly difficult to cancel, yet hold you financially hostage like you signed a legally binding contract. There’s zero transparency when it comes to recurring charges, and you won’t realize what you’re locked into until it’s too late.

Customer service? Terrible. Every interaction felt like they were reading from a script, with no real intention of helping or resolving the issue. I tried multiple times to get a clear answer or resolution, and all I got was deflection and empty apologies. There is no accountability, and it's clear that being customer-centric is not a priority for them.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Once they have your payment info, you're just another number — not a customer they actually care about keeping.
