Nonsecical Service from From Rain

Where do i start with this Subscriber

My wife signed up for Rain.Their rooter was delivered within 7 as per their telecominication. We switched it on 08 June 2022 it has been buffering ever since. 7 conservative days consistently without internet, what's sad this that my kids cant even do their homework. It's excuse after excuse if is not tower that down, or we connected to the wrong tower its somthing else. Im sorry Rain you're not getting even cent this month. Florence Kitime Protea North
