Nonexistent Support from Rain !

I’m more disappointed in my myself for not heeding the warnings regarding using Rain. The worst part is that they have increased the price but the customer service is basically nonexistent. I decided to disregard the reviews on here in the hopes that the service would work for me given that my job requires that I work from home. When I first signed up I’d get messages advising of issues regarding coverage in my area to now where there is zero communication even when I’ve logged countless service requests. To say that I’m disappointed would be an understatement, more so in their lack of support yet they are quick to debit funds. Save your self the disappointment and opt for something else !
