Service non existent. You not able to phone them and the only way to get in touch is to leave a message and hope and wait they call you back. I log a request for them to cal me back on Monday and still waiting for a agent to phone me back. I upgraded to the 5G and canceled my 4G subscription but quess what. Debit order still went of for both services after I have canceled the one service. Very unhappy.
