I gave 1 star because you can't give zero points. Rain Customer service is appauling , your network is terrrible .You contact support but nothing is ever resolved afterwards. I logged a ticket on 25th Jan , Thabiso Matsose responded via email requesting sim card details which I provided same day , 3 days later I'm still waiting for feedback.
