Non usage refund not processed

I got an email last week saying my refund was processed. I just checked my account and it seems the refund was R600 and something meaning it was only for one month

In my complaint I mentioned that my 5G simcard has not been in use since August 2024 to January 2025 even though I’ve been working paying. So my refund should have been for six months. The sim stopped working and a new one was delivered last week but the refund is still outstanding

Please advise
