Non-service provider

This internet "service" has actually deteriorated since my last complaint. Amazingly so, Rain is actually worse than before. I have put up with our router going down when Randburg has load shedding, so 4 hours per day of no internet because it seems when Randburg has load shedding the Rain internet in my area goes down and also the 2 hours of no internet when I have no power. I have put up with only 5g OR 2.4g working at a time, and when I say working, I mean intermittently. The light is on and it says connected but in reality, no internet. This has been for 2 months now. Today I have really had enough of this "service" and called to complain but, surprise, surprise - after holding for 3 minutes on my prepaid airtime, I hung up because I cannot afford to wait for someone to answer the phone.
