NON PAYMENT OF REFUND
I have over a month following up on my refund for non usage since December, In March I even returned the router, Month end of April they deducted again . How do you bill someone with no router. I have been calling and sending emails. Now they just hang up on my calls

13 May 2024, 16:20Good day,
Please note that I have communicated my cancellation in December already, and was told I can even pause in February, I have been billed non the less. why was there a deduction end Feb when I had informed you I am cancelling , another deduction end March and April when I had already handed over the router, what does you having the router back mean?It means I have cancelled and you have acknowledged it and required your device back. Why am I billed R540 , again for a router that was sent back

14 May 2024, 14:50Please note that on the 17th of April I was asked to submit my banking details which I did for a refund. I had asked for calculations of the amount accumulated since December. Then Monthend of April you deducted another R540, 00. I have so many reference numbers because I am always following up. I do not want to see a deduction from rain in my account.
