Non existing service

I ordered a rain package telephonically on the 24th September 2023. Paid my R1 Now I am following up and the order was cancelled because according to them the R1 wasn't paid. It went off my bank account and it was not returned. Now they want me to order again while they investigate. I needed this as I bought it for my son, who lives in Kroonstad. I only see him once a month, which will be Saturday. So even if I ordered again, I will not have it by tomorrow. I am not happy. I doubt if I actually want to deal with them further. If it starts like this....
