Non existing customer service from Rain!!!
Rain debited my bank account on the 04/10/2021,but still my rain account is blocked, is still shows that I'm in arrears, I have contacted their support and even sent them a massage on facebook, but I still haven't heard anything from them. And yes I still cannot access my internet. Please refund me back all the money you debited, if you not going to sort this issue out

You have asked for a bank statement and I sent it to you, even now I'm still not getting the answers. Please pay back the money you took from my bank account, I bealive your sim card is not on contract basis, so I don't owe you anything, keep your sim Card it locked like that and reverse my money back into my bank account.
