Non-existing customer service and frustrating online platform!

Customer service is non-existent. I am trying to cancel my subscription and have not received any confirmation (request was made 2 months ago). The RainGO platform indicates that the subscription is still active and the next stop order is due tomorrow. The RainBOT cannot assist with anything helpful. It was only once I managed to find a number for the call centre and tried several calls and multiple different selections that I managed to get through to a person who confirmed that no further money would be debited.
