Non existing connections and support for customers care.

Rain is nothing but a horrible experience when it’s raining and when you need assistance from support. Very quick to respond to sales enquiries but when it comes to network queries they don’t respond to your call request. Yesterday I was put on hold for 20min and after that the lady reconnected my call and pretend like she couldn’t hear me. I li ke rain it’s convenient but their service is nonsense I am definitely disconnecting it and will go to another service provider
