non-existent support service

On the 31st of May 2023 I opted to Upgrade my account to the Rain One plan. the sim cards were delivered to me on Monday the 5th of June 2023.I have been struggling to have the sim cards activated as every time I call into the call centre I am told that I am being transferred to the voice department to which I am put on hold music for long periods of time to the point that I end up running out of airtime. I have made countless attempts to contact and be put through but to no avail. this is really frustrating as no service is being rendered and I am wasting airtime which I highly doubt would be reimbursed to me.
