Non-existent service levels

Please can you make contact with your courier company. They keep trying to contact me via telephone and I keep telling them that my location mobile signal is poor & not stable. I've told them to communicate via email or SMS but no they keep trying to contact me on my mobile. There is no Telkom nor fibre in my area -- for a landline connection -- and I have only one contact number, my mobile. Please can you send me an email an email address to which I can send you the emails between myself and your courier.

Thank you. They will be collecting tomorrow.

What a bunch of useless people CCD couriers are. This is what I emailed them after Fridays failure on their side which I have received no reply ...

Here we go again with your useless courier!!!

I received a call yesterday Friday @ 08:13am to say that your driver was at the gate and please can I open. This made me suspicious as the gate was not closed and the time for collection was between 09:00am and midday. After telling the driver exactly where I lived and waiting for some time, I gave up and received another phone call from another individual we established that the driver was nowhere near George but was rather in Gauteng in a place called Hartebesfontein.

No phone call, message or email has been received apologising for their mistake and now I received the attached email from the courier this morning. We are back to square one again!!!! CCD couriers are the most useless courier company that I have ever come across!!!"

Yet again another ***** up with CCD, I'm so tired of them that I have blocked their phone number on my mobile phone and will NOT take any phone calls from them.

As far as I'm concerned CASE IS CLOSED with CCD!!!!

Below is what I sent to them in an email ...

"FFS CCD you are the most amateurish and *********** bunch of a…holes 😡🤬😡🤬 that I have ever come across in my 68 years of living on this planet!!!!!!!!

I got a phone call from someone – despite me issuing instructions not to call me – today at 11:09am. She told me that your driver was delayed, and could I accept the pick-up later this afternoon, to which I said no and then I lost the call. At 12:36pm another call came in from your driver to ask me for directions and I asked him if he had received and directions on how to find me to which he answered that he was only given a street address and then again I lost the call. At 12:38pm I got the attached SMS, to which all I can say is that there was no one at my premises and that someone is lying!!!!

You can stand on your heads as far as I’m concerned as I have blocked any incoming calls from you!!! "

Thank goodness it was collected by your useless courier company.

YOUR THREAT OF ME BEING CHARGED if the unit is not collected, do not take lightly.

Please can you forward me a copy of the agreement wherein it stated that the modem belongs to Rain etc, and it shows my signature of acceptance.
