Non-existent service from Rain

I relocated one of my Home Internet 4G SIM's from Johannesburg, where it was working 100%, to Mpumalange, where I confirmed that there is 4G coverage. Also, that the SIM is not location based and no action I s required to be operational in the new location.

For a week now I'm struggling with Rain to get the SIM to work. For a brief period last week, probably 10 to 15 minutes, I had a green signal indicator on my router and was able to do a speed test. However, the signal soon disappeared with no feedback or any communications possible to date.

I now have no choice but to cancel this SIM with Rain and obtain Internet services from another service provider at this location. This attitude from them is a real concern - I've had good service from Rain for many years and I am surprised at their blatant ignorance at this point.
