non existent service

The service is none existent...every time you phone they have a different excuse. i have been trying to activate my card for nearly two weeks. i have many reference numbers and told it will be escalated or forced rica but nothing ever happens. three of my reference numbers are *** , *** and ***... i was told the rica department would call back...still waiting and there is no manger to ever talk to. they will take your money quickly but wont provide the service. its the 1 july 2021 at 11 am...lets see when they actually phone back
