Non-existent Rain Customer Service.

I have opened multiple support tickets for my package to be downgraded from 4G unlimited to the 3G limited package for R250 per month and a month later this has not been done and no one has bothered to get back to me.

There is no customer support call center number anywhere and on the website there is no option to downgrade service only to upgrade. Rain really needs to get their act together because the concept is good but implementation really sucks.
