Non-Existent internet coverage and customer service!!!!

This is the worst service provider in the history of them all! I took a contract with Rain in January, the connection was bad and by mid Feb. I had requested a cancellation, end of Feb. I was billed even though I had no usage of their data because there was absolutely no connection whatsoever, i have called many times requesting immediate cancellation cause i do not want to be billed the full amount for something i am not using! no is getting back to me, emails and ticket numbers are being sent with no resolution at all. i just want my sim canceled and no debits off my account.
