NON-EXISTENT data speeds!!

I received my SIM yesterday and inserted it into the portable router. The package I was sold, very confidently and with vast amount of promises, was the "unlimited 4G for any device".

Low and behold, since it started working yesterday, no matter what area I am in I only get a maximum of 1 MB per second download speed. Average of 930 KB per second download.

This is not what I was promised and sold. After no email response via I phoned the Service Provider twice and complained. I was told to move to a window, reset the router, power it off and then on, point it towards the nearest tower, etcetera.......... What absolute nonsense and *******!!!

I am willing to return to my previous Service Provider, where the service was non-existent and the monthly price higher, but at least I got what I was promised from a data speed point of view.

In 2021 it is just unbelievable the useless explanations I am receiving for the maximum download speed of 1 MB per second. I still can't believe it.......

I will thus proceed and cancel my subscription with Rain (which I was very excited to join).
