Non existent customer support

The worst service provider I have come across, I only connected one day in all 10 days and the customer support is non existent. Since i have been struggling and numerous attempts to send reports, I have hit a brick wall - the only thing they are good at is automated responses. At this point I just want a refund and to throw away this trash sim.
