Non-existent customer support...

Long story short...their customer support is NON-EXISTENT! I have sent numerous email starting on 15 April and ending today 23 April...all I get are automated responses that say they have seen the request and f...all else. I also sent a request for help on their FB page with the same result!!! Stay away! I am paying for a service that I can not use because I can not get help to RICA the card...and am now locked out of the RICA process!!!
