Non existent Customer Support
WE ARE BILLED FOR THE FULL MONTH even when we are not getting value for money. Turnaround time of 24 hours to 48 hours is really ridiculous especially on a SIM that is not working. Agents seem to non existent and not being able to call makes it even worse.
