Non Existent Customer Service - ZERO!
Having bought into the hype around RAIN 5G, we took the bold step and signed up for the 999/month unlimited offer...
We have, since switching on the device, had intermittent service, dropping signal and generally struggled.
Having logged queries with RAIN on the 30th June, and again on the 7th of July, we can’t even get someone to come and collect the product..!
Cool me on RAIN, I’m sure you can do better than this..?
