NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RAIN

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RAIN This wifi provider sucks. Their customer service is none existent. I logged a call on Sunday 13/01/25 about my network connectivity and they said someone from their technical team would call me back. I never heard anything from them since. I phoned in on Monday 13/01/25 and was told the same thing. I phoned again on Tuesday and again was told the same thing. The only correspondence received was via email informing me of call reference numbers. I now have 6. Don't know what more to do to get service from this useless service provider. These people really suck. It is now Wednesday 15/01/25 and still no phone call from their technical support. Have sent numerous DM messages today, but no response. I still have severe network issues. They really really suck. I need the technical team who were supposed to contact me 3 days ago to respond urgently
