I received my sim card within an hour of ordering on Mr D. Payment off my account was also very quick. However, I am not able to complete the RICA process as their facial recognition technology does not work. When someone finally messaged me back after trying for a week to get a response, their suggestions to rectify this does not work. FRUSTRATING.
