Non-Existent Customer Service - Absolutely useless

I have prob logged 30 tickets already, had enough now, no one ever calls back or responds, I want to cancel my Service, even that function one one calls you back, whatsapp, that tells you to go to the webpage which don't work, so absolutely most useless client service i have ever came across
