Non existent customer service

Ordered Rain 5G. I received the router and set it up, but there's no network coverage but the network coverage shows I'm within my 5G coverage, It has been 3 days and I have heard nothing from Rain. I have written to them several times but there's no reply. when you contact the hotline it tells you to use the support option which seems useless, Hello peter please assist me in this regard, Terrible service indeed so far. No number to call. I’ve logged 3 queries and no response thus far.
