NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's been 3 weeks, and help desk is still clueless to why I had internet for 1 day.. And haven't had ever since.. They've instructed me to do all sorts of things and email them screen shots. And after that. They just haven't reply'd. I haven't canceled the Sim, coz I thought there might just be a technical problem of some sorts.. But eish..

They still haven't responded.. I'm going to cancel the sim.. And when anyone ask me about rain. I'll tell them:

WOULD BE THE MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE.. THEY HAVE NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.. COZ IT'S NON EXISTENT..
