Non existent client services

I was retrenched in Febraury and have been trying to cancel my service with you guys since then. Today , you have taken 2 amounts from my bank account , after I managed to get a little bit of funds to look after my family. I need both the amounts refunded asap. I tried to cancel online , no cancellation option. Called your so called client services , waited only to get told cancellations must be processed online or on the app. Duh ???? Did i miss something ? Now refund me accordingly please and cancel this god for saken service.
