Non existence service.

It's been 2 months since I logged a ticket for my lost sim card and I still have not been assisted. Your service is non existence, I don't believe that even Government institutions are this pathetic. So basically tickets are logged and ignored? No one is measuring SLA and TAT for the consultance? I am shocked that Rain is still in business.
