Non-existant "customer support"

Judging by the reviews here, clearly I'm not the only one. This is by far the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Why bother having a customer support mail that clearly no one is manning or tending to? SIM card hasn't been activated, was told a new one will be delivered.... still waiting. It's been a month now. If Rain doesn't want my money, I'm ok with that
