NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Non existent customer service. At the beginning of January 2023, my 5g router did not switch back on after a round of load shedding. I logged a support ticket in the hopes of getting a service consultant to call me back. Two days later i got an email asking when would be convenient to contact me. I still have not received a call... approx 6 more suport tickets were logged, no calls, tons of auto responses and a reply that takes incompetence and lack of pride to a new level. Consultant was telling me to wait as it there is no back up batteries at my closest tower. How that has anything to do with my issue is something that baffles me till today. I then thought that Rain is a huge IT company so they have to have a WhatsApp number but no you have to call them. I eventually called in for the first time 3 weeks ago, i was told that its not a problem and technician would be out the same day and drop off my new router and sim. The rest of the week past and no technician or calls. The following week i called back and to my surprise there was no request for a replacement router that had been logged. The consultant explained a different procedure and basically said i would be liable for the cost and that would roughly be R4000. I reluctantly asked her to send out the technician. Rest of the week past and no technician or calls either. I called on Monday this week to follow up, consultant apologised and said she would get the technician out. Still no techninian...ive now been sitting without my 5g connection for over a month, my account is still being paid and i have incurred massive additional costs for data which i will not be able to claim back. Please can someone assist me with getting this issue resolved soonest ***
