NON EXCISTING SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have ben a client of Rain for many years, I ordered and paid for a new Router after mine packed up, this was done on the 17th of June 2024, As I am writing this review it is 2024.07.08, I still have not received this router, but were told it was delivered, To Whom, where and When, an ID Copy and proof of address is required upon deliver?? I surely have not signed for anything, None of my numerous calls are being returned, neither my mails, it is impossible to get through to any person at Rain, holding on each time for 10 mins plus!, But yet money are being deducted from my account , with someone else most properly using my router and service paid for!!! Non Exciting Service!!! An absolute Disgrace!, I want my account Cancelled and closed, and No I can't return my Free Router as I never Received it!!!!!!!
