Non Delivery of Sim Card

I paid for a sim card on 18 August 2020. The site does not allow changes to ID number, so RAM agreed that since my sister had my documents, a letter of authorization and my original ID, they will allow her to take delivery. For 3 days they gave her the runaround and eventually I was told by RAM that RAIN has taken the card back and I should call. WELL The call centre is closed The SUPPORT buttons do not work The manage button does not give an option to cancel as professed by RAIN under their FAQs This is ****************. At level 2, how can there be no call centre operations let alone they are an internet provider, surely they should have SUPPORT that is active.
