Non-delivery from Ram hand to hand Couriers!! Worst service ever!

I have received bad service from your appointed courier company Ram Hand to hand couriers. My parcel is still not delivered. And they lie about delivery. Customer center rings and being put on hold from time on end without being assisted! Please consider changing your contract with this company. They are going to give you a bad reputation. How do I proceed to get my parcel elsewhere? Please advise!
