Connect your laptop or phone to your router, regardless of whether you have an internet connection or not.
Log in to your router's interface using the IP address and password found on the sticker attached to the router.
Navigate to the connection settings, then network selection; select the option for a 4G SA-only connection, save your changes, and then reboot your router.

Don't you just love it when a service provider endlessly shifts the blame onto the consumer?! My hardware, settings, SIM card, and whatever else possible "faulty" option thinkable is NOT the fault. YOUR network is the problem!!
