nobody knows what they are doing

We went to a rain outlet in Rooderpoort on the 15th of Marcg because we were having network issues. No test was done we were given a sim card(sim swap). Went back home still no network. we were than told it is the router we are using. Funny we got rain when there were no routers but just sim card. Now, according to them i was to wait until you have routers cause how else was to use it. Went back on Sunday the 16th of March and suddenly we qualified for a free upgrade(at no additional cost) which will be unlimited data plus to mobile sim cards. Guess what they didn't give us the correct sim cards. guess who has to again go back with petrol and time. on the 20th of March we called the call centre and guess what, our bill will be a whoooping R600.00. the upgrade at no cost was a ****! if you want to be ****med, please use Rain
