No wonder Rain has a 1.78 out of 5. Extremely dissapointed in Rain.

I dealt with Maxiine De Kock. I cannot fault her as she kept me in the loop and explained everything to me. I do however are not happy with the Rain network. During CR17 speech speeds were great up to 15 mbps , as soon as CR17 said God bless the speeds went back to just under 2 mbps. Rain knows they are the cheapest on the market and most people can afford it as they have the 24/7 package for R479, but that doesn't mean that their service needs to be that pathetic. If you able to afford MTN or VODACOM, I would say rather use them. I had similar problems with Telkom and left them for Rain only to experience the exact same problems. If only Vodacom and MTN can have the same package and data, I would leave them in a flash.
