No winning with Rain

I joined Rain with hopes that i would #WIN my battle against not having WiFi. Well when i subscribed i really didn't #WIN. So now i am here being charged for a service I haven't even used since mid july. The lady i spoke to was very rude and i am actually glad i left rain and got fiber. But they clearly do not feel like cancelling my subscription. I am hurt. The bandwidth was ****, the range was ****. The service agents have zero professionalism! I hated the call so much i didn't even want to take a reference number.
