No wifi for weeks!

I have been battling for 2 weeks with my wifi not having any network. I have spoken to 5 consultants and each time they say they are escalating the problem on a priority basis to their network team. NOTHING happens from there. Still not fixed. This wifi is for my elderly parents, one being a cancer patient, who is now without means to get hold of any of us should their be an emergency. Totally disappointed
