No way to communicate

Your service has declined significantly since I first started using you. There is nowhere on your website where one can log a fault, phoning your call center is also useless as calls are not answered. I have been without internet connection and it is very frustrating not being able to solve the problem. You also don’t have any other contact details to solve any problems
