No Umbrella in the RAIN

Since my last review of Rain, everything is still the same, nothing has changed, I still have little to no Internet. But my money is being taken every time. I have Rain for 4 months now, and since day one i had this problem and no one seems to care on their side. Please let these guys see this now im done honestly
