No to slow connection! Worst ISP

I’m so disgusted in this network! I have the slowest internet for the past month!!! I have so many case numbers and emails stating some will call me back and still no phone call, what the actual is going on? You deduct your funds on time but can’t service your clients on time. You guys are the worst! I swear!!!
