NO TO RAIN

We have requested to change our debit order date, on your system it shows 1st, but still trying to debit on 25th and suspending our services. Please advise.

We got rain In November, then we were given a credit for the free period which we paid, you guys deducted the credit, and we paid the difference. There is nothing outstanding on this account. Except for this debit, which we asked to be moved to 1 May. As we only get paid on month end.

April, sure, but we requested the debit order to be switched to the 1st, we did not get paid yet. Please re-instate my service. I will pay on the 1st as requested. I get paid on last day of the month only.
